DoorsIreland recommend that all customers please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing any orders on our website. Once you tick the terms and conditions box at the basket, you are understood to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. If you have placed your order via the telephone, or in store you have agreed to these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change prices, specifications and displayed information without prior notice.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that products are shown as true to life as possible, information including images, product descriptions, product specifications and even pricing can only be as accurate as the website, user hardware and user software allows. We recommend that customers who are ordering specialist products, special order items, or are generally unsure about an answer to a question speak with our team first before ordering. Our friendly product experts are on hand 5 days a week to answer all of your questions.

Please note, all door images are generally using 1981x762x44mm (78"x30") door as the main product image. This is an industry standard and some slight variation may occur in design for smaller or larger sizes. Usually the stiles and rails retain the the size and the panels adjust. But if you're ordering a different size, please contact us and we can send a true to size image.

Warping, twist/cup and bowing of doors are not considered to be defects unless they exceed the following tolerances. Warping: 6mm in the plane of the door itself. Twist/cup: 2mm across the width of the door. Bow: 4mm along the length of the door.

Please note, we cannot 100% guarantee a colour match for a product from an image that is displayed online on our website. Our doors are made using real wood veneers and as a naturally grown product there may be slight colour differences.

Delivery

At Doorsireland, we promise to provide our customers with a fast & reliable service, so that you can get your doors delivered with confidence. 

Delivering doors isn't easy, and delivering such heavy and fragile items comes at a price. In order for us to deliver our goods to you in the condition you expect, we need to ensure that products are packaged adequately, while providing a delivery service you can trust.

Over the past 5 years, we've worked extremely hard with a network of couriers to help us service the island of Ireland. We can offer  Doors, Framing, Architrave and Ironmongery delivered countrywide with the exception of some very rural postcodes. 

We always endeavour to dispatch goods so that delivery can be made within the agreed time frame, but we cannot be held responsible for external factors which may affect delivery. These factors can sometimes be beyond our control.

We use a number of local and national carriers to deliver your goods. These carriers have been hand-picked to offer the very best service possible, at unbeatable value for money.
